Nuenergy, Inc., a small business corporation headed by its founder, Michael Shlyamberg, P.E. has been providing multi-discipline services to government, existing and newcomers NPPs since 1993. Nuenergy's associates have comprehensive expertise in all facets of nuclear plant design; startup and restart support; operation; and maintenance as well as an established reputation for excellence and professionalism.  As expert engineers, we have hundreds of years of cumulative professional experience in these technical areas. 

This experience includes original design, systems modifications, startup & restart support, operations, maintenance, and evaluations. Our associates’ responsibilities have included performance of design activities and licensing support (including support of regulatory inspections), safety evaluations, independent review, assessment, and supervision. The Nuenergy engineering team has a cumulative experience of more than 500 nuclear plant inspections and independent assessments performed for the NRC, DOE, IAEA, and the nuclear power industry.
